CLI: no output if database is not available
If the database is offline (maybe even using the wrong credentials?) the console-tool outputs nothing to the user.
For example: exeucting ./console update
just terminates with no output to the console.
The error-log contains an error about a caught DatabaseException and MySQL error gibberish which is not helpful for an unskilled user.
If the connection to the database fails, the script should tell the user about it.
