Guest author

Extend blog entry

We need a "guest author" to write blog entries on someones behalf. Extend blog entry with the following attributes:

• guest author first name
• guest author last name
• guest author avatar
• guest author short desc
• guest author additional info (as input type text).

Extend existed brick "blog author"

If guest author first and last name are set, use this properties to show author in the brick. Otherwise use original site author.
