chore: update phpstan version and remove redundant error logs

This commit updates the phpstan version in the .phive/phars.xml file from 1.11.8 to 1.12.13 and sets its copy attribute to false. It also removes all errors in the phpstan-baseline.neon file as they are no longer relevant or have been fixed.
