fix: argument must be of type OutputProviderInterface

Changed the variable name $OutputProvider to $outputProvider to adhere to camelCase naming standards. Also moved the instantiation of $outputProvider inside an if block to prevent unnecessary instantiation when $outputProvider is empty.
