ci: show phpunit results in GitLab UI

Jan Wennrich schlägt vor, ci-phpunit-report in dev zu mergen.

After executing the tests, the PHPUnit output is uploaded as a job artifact.
The job artifact are shown as test results in the GitLab UI.
