QUISelect misplaces Panel when opened at Panel content bottom

Control: qui/controls/select/Select

Reproduce:
Open a QUISelect placed at the bottom of a Panel content area.

Expected behaviour:
Open the Dropdown up and into the content of the Panel

Actual behaviour:
The Dropdown opens downward and pushes the whole Panel out of view
