Activate/deactivate currencies for frontend / backend

Enable / disable currencies for frontend / backend so this can be handled separately.

Problem is, if a currency is switched off afterwards, but there are invoices for it, these can no longer be filtered after deactivation.

Active must become Frontend + Backend
