New Basic Slider

We need a new slider like "Promoslider", but clearly simpler.

• the text ist static
• only the images change

here is an example of a slider like I mean: https://www.web-dynamic.de/

Further information:

• text (content) should come from settings
• images come form settings (media folder)
• maybe a sort / order function
