controls/editors/Preview no longer works

The Preview.php script embeds packages/bin/require.js.

As require.js is now loaded via quiqqer-asset the file no longer exists in this location on new systems.

The path has to be changed to packages/bin/quiqqer-asset/requirejs/requirejs/require.js.
