Time in wrong format when editing an event

When editing an event that starts at zero minutes the time is displayed wrong.
Example: instead of 11:00 the dialog displays 11:0 (only one zero).

This doesn't affect the functionality but does not look nice and might be confusing.
Therefore this should be fixed.
