Google already sets cookies when just the Login-Button is loaded:

The NID cookie is used for preferences.
The g_enabled_idps cookie is used for Google's SSO - therefore it should be a necessary cookie, right?

After logging in there are even more cookies:

This package should make use of the user's consent given via the quiqqer/gdpr module.

Furthermore I don't know if you can tell Google to not set any or only necessary cookies. Do you know anything about this, @peat?

The Google-Login-Button should be blocked/disabled until the user accepts the proper cookie categories
